For customers, your website is the first – and only – impression they get. I create fast-loading websites of the highest technical standard, optimised for all screen sizes and available in your customers’ languages. The website is optimised for Google’s search engine so that it can be found.
Enquiries are answered automatically, appointments are booked automatically and entered into the calendar without you having to correspond with customers. Bookkeeping is largely handled automatically, and even stock management can be automated.
Your own dashboard where you can find customers, quotes, enquiries, figures etc., and monitor the automations. A comprehensive system of automation and monitoring is the command centre of a forward-thinking entrepreneur.
Process
Whether it’s a website, automation or a complete system, the collaboration always follows the same process.
You tell me what you want, or if you’re still unsure, I’ll review your work processes and advise you on which ones are worth automating. Either in person or over the phone.
You’ll receive a written quotation listing all services and costs. This can be either a one-off payment or a monthly payment plan over an agreed period.
I will deliver everything agreed in the quotation. For websites, there are interim handover stages so that you can raise any objections in good time.
Upon handover, you will receive – upon request – all files, access details and documentation so that you can continue without me. There is also a training session where the software is explained to you and your team to ensure a smooth transition to your new system.
Upon request, I will continue to look after the system, develop it further or handle its maintenance. For websites, there is a hosting fee and, depending on your needs, a number of hours I’ll spend making content changes.

Example workflows
An agent monitors every channel through which customers contact you. The agent is familiar with your booking rules and responds independently to booking enquiries; once an appointment has been agreed, it is automatically added to your calendar.
Agents monitor and save all incoming and outgoing invoices. These are reconciled directly against one another, so you can see straight away how the business is performing. At the end of the process, a folder is automatically created which can be handed over to your tax adviser.
You create an order and an invoice is automatically generated and sent. Incoming payments are monitored and a reminder is automatically sent if payment is overdue.
