Every Google review, answered.

The assistant reads every new review on your Google profile and replies in your tone. When the same complaint keeps coming back, it tells you before ten more customers do.

  • 100%of reviews get a reply, including the ones with stars only
  • 8+languages, always the language of the review
  • 1message to you as soon as a complaint keeps coming up

From the new review to the message for you.

How the assistant reads, replies, sends bad reviews for approval and flags complaints that repeat.

What happens with every review.

The assistant reads what the customer means and replies the way you would yourself: personal, short and without boilerplate.

  • Great advice, I'll definitely be back!

Thank you, that's lovely to hear. See you next time!

  • Good food, but we waited 40 minutes for our order.

Thank you for being honest. 40 minutes is too long, and we're passing it on to the kitchen. Glad you enjoyed the food all the same.

  • Very friendly, only finding a parking space was a pain.

Thank you! A tip for next time: the car park by the market is a two-minute walk away.

Example reviews. The assistant replies in the language of the review and by the rules we set together.

Your Google profile stays yours, I only get manager access.

When a complaint repeats, you know first.

One bad review is a one-off. Three about the same thing are a pattern. The assistant files every complaint under a topic and keeps count.

Message to you, by email

Waiting time: 3 complaints in 30 days

Three reviews with 1 to 2 stars mention long waits, all on a Friday or Saturday evening. All three have been answered. The reviews are attached.

  1. By topic, not by stars

What counts is what people complain about. A three-star review with a complaint counts too.

  2. Your threshold

How many complaints in which period trigger a message is something we set together.

  3. With the evidence

The message names the topic and the number and attaches the reviews. You see at once whether it holds.

A small price a month.

Most businesses get only a handful of reviews a month. So the price follows how many you get. Running costs, AI and support are always included.

  • Setup, one-off

    from €190

  • Start

For businesses with a few reviews a week.

    €29/month

up to 30 new reviews a month

  • Plus

For businesses that get reviewed every day.

    €49/month

up to 100 new reviews a month

  • Pro

For busy businesses or several locations.

    €89/month

up to 300 new reviews a month

What counts are new reviews on your profile. If more come in one month, the assistant still answers all of them. Only when it's more for three months in a row do I suggest the next plan.

From the first call to the first reply.

How it works

  1. 01

    First call

We read your past reviews together and look at how you reply today. Free.

  2. 02

    Tone and rules

Form of address, length, what it may promise and what never. I write it down, you check it.

  3. 03

    Connection

You give me manager access to your Google profile, and we decide where messages go.

  4. 04

    First weeks

From now on the assistant replies. I read along with the first replies and fine-tune.

What the assistant doesn't do

  • Delete nothing

It doesn't flag or remove reviews. It only replies.

  • No promises

It doesn't offer discounts, refunds or vouchers unless you explicitly allow it.

  • Sensitive cases go to you

With accusations about health, legal matters or individual staff, it sends you a draft instead of replying itself.

It never writes reviews and never argues with a customer. It replies politely on behalf of your business.

What businesses want to know first.

Does it reply to bad reviews on its own?

As you prefer. Either it replies to every review itself, or for bad reviews it first sends you a draft by email or to your dashboard, which you approve or change with one click.

What does it need from my Google profile?

Manager access to your Business Profile. The profile stays yours, and you can remove the access at any time.

How fast does it reply?

Usually within a few hours of the review. With drafts you approve, as soon as you have approved them.

Can people tell the reply is automatic?

The replies respond to the review, mention what the customer brought up and don't repeat themselves. We agree on tone and form of address beforehand.

What's in the message about a repeated complaint?

The topic, how often it came up in which period, what the reviews have in common, such as day or time, and the reviews themselves. It arrives by email or as a notice in your dashboard.

Does it work for several locations?

Yes. Each location is watched on its own. The message says which location it concerns.

What do your customers complain about most?

In the free first call we read your latest reviews together. I'll show you how the assistant would have replied and which topic it would have flagged to you.
